All EVISTEL solutions are delivered with back-up systems.

In addition, our customers can subscribe to a technical support contract:

- the standard maintenance contract which allows them to access our technical support desk during working hours available worldwide
- the extended maintenance contract: allows them to access our 24 hours 7 days a week technical support desk which is available worldwide.


We also provide on-site support in collaboration with our support partners.
