EVISTEL self-care completes the customer service by providing a new link between the customer and the operator.
The self-care solution has been designed according to the following key ideas and requirements:
- simple access via any bearer: customers can access self care via SMS, USSD, Voice (IVR), Web/WAP.
- any service can be performed: credit inquiry, credit recharge, bill inquiry, service activation (roaming, GPRS...), information delivery, promotion information and activation, change of subscription, credit transfer, credit request...

The self-care solution is part of the EVISTEL USSD Center and is based on the DASP (Data Service Platform), the EVISTEL carrier grade service platform which is fully compliant with open market standards such as 3GPP, ETSI, GSM, ANSI IETF and OMA standards.
