EVISTEL's BetweenUS is based on a user-friendly web interface allowing the operator to define which entity, when, what and how to communicate with which subscribers.


The BetweenUs has been designed according to the following key ideas and requirements:

- The messages are to be easily broadcasted. The user only defines three parameters: when (date, time or on a specific event), content (static or personalized message, text, image, video, sounds…) and to which subscribers (type, class, usage, users' handset capabilities, specific roamers-in, roamers-out...).
- can be offered to network operators, MVNOs, content providers, companies...
- flexibility: any bearer can be used (voice, SMS, USSD, MMS, e-mail, video...)
- mass communications must be done in a controlled way. The BetweenUs integrates several control mechanisms to avoid network overload and provides the users with detailed reports presenting the global status of the communication which has been performed.
- the operator must be able to perfectly manage the third parties accessing the platform. Different security levels and controls can be implemented: authentication, white and black lists, quotas, priorities, confirmation cycles...


The BetweenUs is based on the DASP (Data Service Platform), the EVISTEL carrier grade service platform which is fully compatible with open market standards such as 3GPP, ETSI, GSM, ANSI IETF and OMA standards.
