All EVISTEL solutions are delivered with monitoring interfaces (MIBs and SNMp traps), monitoring tools, back-up systems....
In addition, our customers can subscribe to a technical support contract.
Three maintenance services can be offered:
- Warranty
- Remote maintenance
Remote maintenance services can be offered on a standard basis contract which allows accessing our technical support desk during working hours, or on an extended maintenance contract that allows accessing our technical support desk 24 hours/7 days a week.
A ticketing tool is provided for issues follow-up.
Remote maintenance is available worldwide.
- On site maintenance can be provided by EVISTEL local teams or in collaboration with our support partners.
